been a very long while since i last heard a good sermon in a catholic church. tis happens to be the day. a priest with a ph.d teaching at saint francis seminary was giving the sermon today. so much difference between 1 with a ph.d and 1 without. he spoke with such zeal and power that i was totally amazed. he was talking abt patience, something we all need. the blind has the patience to wait all their life to see God, why can't we have that kind of patience. when we pray for something, we need to wait. 10mins, 1hr, 10years, a 100 years. in His time and not ours. if its not granted then there must be a bigger picture we didnt see. sometimes its good to see the flaws in ourselves and work towards fixing it. well to see that flaw u have to reflect and put urself in others shoes and see urself from other's perspective. learning to live in a community is not as easy as it seems. others first, self last should be da way to go. slow to anger rich in kindness is something we should aim for. lol i sound like a teacher. just some thoughts.
